Terms and Conditions
November-December 2023 Social Media Competition
- Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who use social media and are active participants of Redbelly Network's community.
- Entry Period: The competition begins on 29 November and ends on 20 December. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
- How to Enter: To enter, participants must create a post or piece of creative that is posted publicly that expresses their understanding of CAT (Compliant Asset Tokenisation). Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed but must comply with the entry requirements.
- Prize: The winner will receive an exclusive virtual meet and greet with Professor Vincent Gramoli, $100USDT, and 1x RBNT NFT. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize. There will be two runner up placeholders who will receive $50 USDT each and 1x RBNT NFT.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be selected by internal voting from the Redbelly Network team, selected from eligible entries. The selection will take place on 20 December, and the winner will be announced on X, LinkedIn and Discord within 5 days.
- Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified through direct message on social media within 5 days of the winner selection. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
- Independent Competition: This competition is conducted by Redbelly Network and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, LinkedIn, Discord, or any other relevant platforms. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to Redbelly Network social media accounts.
- Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant Redbelly Network the right to use their names, images, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
- Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
- Modification or Termination: Redbelly Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice for any reason.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and comply with social media guidelines as stipulated by each relevant platform, X, LinkedIn and Discord.
