Community Program Social Media Competition

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years and above who use social media and are active participants of Redbelly Network's community.
   
   
2. Entry Period: The competition begins on 10 January 2024 and ends on 1 March 2024. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
   
   
3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete tasks as set out on our Explainer page. Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed but must comply with the entry requirements.
   
   
4. Prizes: The Redbelly Community Program has a reward pool of 1,000,000 RBNT coins. The coins in this pool will be distributed among the top 300 participants based on their earned points and multipliers as set out on our Explainer page.
   
   
5. Prize eligibility: Please be aware that our community program welcomes participants globally. However, eligibility for rewards and incentives is subject to local regulatory and compliance restrictions based on your jurisdiction. For instance, participants from the United States are not eligible to receive any form of rewards or financial incentives associated with this activity due to regulatory considerations.
   
   We strongly advise all participants to familiarise themselves with their local laws to ensure compliance. Redbelly disclaims any responsibility for participants' failure to adhere to their respective jurisdictional regulations.
   
   
6. Notification of Winners: The winners will be notified through direct message via Discord. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
   
   
7. Independent Competition: This competition is conducted by Redbelly Network and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X, LinkedIn, Discord, or any other relevant platforms. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the competition should be directed to Redbelly Network social media accounts.
   
   
8. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants grant Redbelly Network the right to use their names, images, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
   
   
9. Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.
   
   
10. Modification or Termination: Redbelly Network reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without notice for any reason.
    
    
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and comply with social media guidelines as stipulated by each relevant platform, X, LinkedIn and Discord.
    
    By participating in this competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
